Looking for a Tortilla with low Young’s Modulus and Excellent Elastic Point
Over the past week, I've been on a burrito crusade and want to speed up the process of finding the best tortilla to use. Right now, I'm rolling with some Trader Joe's flax seed tortilla and the elastic point on these things is really poor and I can not stuff the burrito with more food.
When I had Taco Bell for the first time last week, it appeared that their tortillas had excellent flexibility and high yield strength before ripping happened.
/r/engineering, what do you think is the best Tortilla with stretchiness, carrying capacity, high elastic/yield point that is also edible (extra points if available at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Safeway, Target or Wegmans as I live in DC right now).
