spark ignitor circuit with timer

spark ignitor circuit with timer

One of the projects I am involved with at work is to build a spark ignitor for a fire testing apparatus. Essentially an insulated electrode in a 28" SS tube. The standard for the test however states that the Spark ignition must "Spark" for 2 seconds and then rest for 5 seconds before continuing the cycle. I have done a little bit of research but cant find a timer suitable. I feel like this is something I might have to use two timers for? Or atleast two separate relays. How can I build a circuit like this? It will Be 240v to 6000v
