Regarding the Acceptability of Eccentric Reducers Manufactured from Bar to ANSI B16.9 Dimensions

Does anyone know if there's anything in ASNI B16.9 that governs the radius or angle of the slope/reducing part? Our MD is not happy to accept these pieces, and to be honest they look crap, but the Project Engineer and I cannot see anything in ANSI B16.9 that says that a very sudden decrease is unacceptable. The only dimensions given are those in the first image. For reference these are titanium grade 2, 2" NB x 0.75" NB – Sch 10s x Sch 40s.
