If my graphics card heat sink is touching my aluminum computer case, will that help with heat dispersion?
If I have a passively cooled graphics card in my mini computer build, and its heart sink is touching the case chassis (pure aluminium) then will it help cool the graphics card down?
There are obviously other things attached go the case, like USB ports, power button, etc; would the heat spread enough to damage anything? The case is about 9x9x5 inches. The aluminum is about 1/4-1/8" thick.
Google didn't help and I thought Reddit could help. If this is the wrong sub I apologize!
