Recommendations on reading material for big engineering projects?
I am under qualified as a manager for a systems engineering design project that spans a range of disciplines outside of my own comfort zone. To me, it feels like I am trying to land a rocket ship on the moon but am personally only qualified to build landing gears.
I've seen a bit of how the professional world operates, but there's always more to learn. What I am wondering is: are there any recommendations for books that talk about the leadership needed to "land a rocket on the moon" ? Documentaries, testimonials, lessons learned… not the 4-Hour Workweek.
